QueueEase collects minimal data to facilitate your queue management. This includes your business name, email, and staff names. For customers joining a queue, we only collect the name provided and an optional phone number for SMS notifications.

2. How We Use Data

• To generate and manage live tokens.
• To send "Your Turn" alerts via WhatsApp or SMS.
• To provide business analytics and peak hour insights.

3. Data Retention

Tokens and customer names are automatically "reset" or archived daily unless configured otherwise by the business owner. Analytics data is kept for up to 12 months for performance tracking.
