1. Services Provided

QueueEase is a SaaS platform for real-time queue management, token generation, and customer progression tracking. We provide businesses with tools to reduce customer wait times and optimize staff efficiency.

2. User Responsibilities

• Businesses must provide accurate profile and operating information.
• Customers must use their tokens fairly and respect business rules.
• Abuse of the manual entry or reset features is prohibited.

3. SaaS Subscription & Trials

QueueEase provides a 14-day free trial for new businesses. Continued use thereafter requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled monthly or annually, following the plan selected during registration.

4. Liability

QueueEase facilitates queue communication but is not responsible for business-level service delays, missed tokens, or individual business practices. Usage is at your own risk.
